Disney Enchantment - Cinderella Dress Rip Moment

For this look I was responsible for recreating the original concept by Evan Peltier. The concept was based loosely off the magic the evil step mother uses when she stole Fairy God Mother's wand in Cinderella 3. This same effect starts from Main Street and then heads to the castle on musical beats.
